ADG and its affiliates purchased 2,800 hectares of pristine land in the premier high-end vacation resort area for the Johannesburg and Pretoria markets. Situated in a stunning region of South Africa, the site contains rolling hills, valleys, grassland plains, rivers, and streams.
 
The development, Waterburg, consists of the construction and sale of 100 luxury home sites, next to the first ever Ernie Els designed golf course. Waterburg boasts a spectacular game preserve with many species of game, including four of the Big Five. The unique site providing residents with access to a world class golf resort and one of the finest game preserves in the world.
 
ADG was a co-sponsor and participant in the development of Waterburg, eventually selling its shares prior to the 2009 recession.

The Yellowstone IMAX Theater is located at the entrance of Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.

ADG purchased distressed debt secured by a first position mortgage at 20% of replacement cost of the building. The loan was subsequently disposed of in less than 6 months for twice the acquisition price.
